All my attachments in one place? Surely, that's confusing?!
We've designed DOX to allow you to choose which attachments are assigned to a custom folder. Thereafter, all attachments from that account will be automatically stored in that folder, making organising quick & easy.
How does DOX get my attachments from my email?
To ensure you feel safe & secure, DOX cannot access your email at all. All attachments can be forwarded to your DOX account address (or even directly from the sender) from your email. We suggest setting up auto-forward rules to make saving quick & easy.
I don't have email, can I use DOX?
Sure! Simply share your DOX account address and all attached PDFs will be saved to your account.
Can I send someone a document from my DOX?
You can indeed, after all, it's your document! To increase security, Dox gives you the ability to download your files to your device. Thereafter, you're welcome to do with it what you wish.
How do I delete my DOX data?
You can simply email the DOX support team to assist you. The DOX support team cannot delete specific documents as your data is tightly stored & secured and the DOX team do not have access to any documents.
